Who We Are

Sought Out is a ministry that is in relationship with churches, pastors, leaders and Christian organizations since the 1970’s. Our goal is not to be a church. Our goal is to be a place where people from every walk in life can come and have an encounter with the Holy Spirit.

Our desire is to come alongside and partner with local churches. We are in full support of people being known and involved in their home church. Our hope is that everyone attending Sought Out events is based out of a home church where they are actively participating and accountable to leadership.

What We Believe

We are a ministry that believes in the Holy Spirit and we love to prophesy to encourage people. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:3 that the gift of prophecy will edify, encourage and bring comfort. We believe God thinks an innumerable amount of thoughts about us (Psalm 139:17-18) and it is our honor to share some of them with you. 1 Corinthians 13:9 states, “we know in part, and we prophecy in part”, meaning only God knows the whole picture.

We do encourage everyone to pray about any prophetic words they may receive and make sure it agrees with the Bible, which are God’s words to us. The prophetic ministry is merely a tool that God uses and we are just conduits doing our very best to hear from Him and share His loving thoughts with you.

Our mission is to establish a culture lead by the Holy Spirit to encounter God’s pure love, by linking all generations together for one purpose – to encounter Jesus.

Sought Out exists because we believe that you are being called out. Jesus is calling you closer to Himself so that you can experience His love, His Spirit, His voice, healing, freedom and the transformation that takes place when you meet the living God who loves you deeply. We desire for people to have a personal encounter with Jesus and our ministry style reflects this. The Holy Spirit sets the agenda in our gatherings and we simply follow wherever He leads.

We believe that the heart of God is for all generations to link together to see revival in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. It is not about one specific leader, or one generation or denomination, it is about all people gathering to seek after Jesus and nothing else. Our goal is to come alongside the church and support the work that is being done within the church by helping to release revival and the prophetic movement and reformation throughout the earth.
